We are looking for a professional who has the following qualifications for this role:

• Strong understanding of labor management and sales strategies.
• Demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and excels in people management.
• Possesses excellent communication skills to ensure clarity and team cohesion.
• Adheres to established standards and ensures compliance across the team.
• Proficient in handling customer complaints with professionalism and ensuring prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Knowledgeable about personnel policies, labor laws, and safety procedures, with the ability to effectively communicate and reinforce these to team members.
• Capable of independently managing shifts or specific operational areas without supervision, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Skilled in preparing and delivering performance reviews for designated employees, aligning evaluations with defined goals and objectives, and ensuring timely completion.

Experience : 2-3 years in the restaurant industry (Mandatory)
Certification: Food Safe Certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
