As a Assistant Manager you will lead teams to ensure proactive management on site as well as accountable for recruiting, inducting, training and supporting staff to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Lexington, our customer and clients.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Motivating and managing a team
  • Controlling and managing a budget creating a platform for financial growth
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence and innovative event planning
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
  • Assist in Managing Catering and events
  • Inspire the team to deliver an excellent, innovative offers
  • Ensure all legal H&S and company policies are up to date and completed
  • Work closely with the Catering Manager to ensure a smooth running
  • Carry out all reasonable tasks expected by management

  • Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
  • Previous experience within catering desirable
