ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right-hand person to the General Manager, helping lead the team, roll with the punches, and keep operations as smooth as our sushi rice. - Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves (and sushi) when needed, while ensuring that service standards are always top-notch.
- Handle day-to-day operational duties, including scheduling, stock management, and opening/closing procedures.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of the floor, making sure customers are getting the best experience (and always leave feeling like VIPs).
- Motivate the team and keep energy levels high, even during the busiest times.
- Dive into some basic HR duties—training new team members, conducting performance reviews, and making sure everyone’s on the same page.
