Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and fashion, coupled with excellent retail management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store management
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appeal
- Analyze sales reports and identify trends to maximize business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Train and develop staff to maintain high performance levels
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in sports and fashion
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using retail management software and tools
- Passion for sports and fashion with a keen eye for trends
