Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Fund Finance/Accounts
  • Supervise Fund administrators on Fund accounting, financial reporting
  • Prepare, review and coordinate offshore accounts
  • Supervise audit of accounts
  • Support and advise on investment structuring for tax and accounting purposes
  • Review quarterly GST and annual tax by tax agents
  1. Cash management
  • Review monthly payments
  • Update bank reconciliation
  • Manage cashflow
  1. Oversee corporate secretarial work for local and overseas entities

  2. Conduct KYC verifications on incoming and ongoing clients

  3. Compliance:

  • MAS compliance reporting
  • IRAS annual CRS & FATCA reporting for Funds
