As our Assistant Manager, reporting to the Venue Manager, you will lead your team to deliver the daily operations of the venue.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have the opportunity to create a unique dining experience for our guests, take good care, and lead a dynamic team with integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Venue Manager to lead and support achievement of financial and operational targets
- Oversee operational functions that include rostering requirements, standard operating procedures, training and performance management
- Assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of service standards and standard operating procedures
- Ensure that all areas of the business comply with the Responsible Service of Alcohol program and relevant provisions of the Liquor Act
- Assist in managing the selection, training and development of all employees to ensure timely recruitment and career growth
