DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager (Gift of Gardens)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing community outreach programs, preferably within a CSR context.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Experience in fundraising and volunteer management.
- Passion for community service
Responsibilities:
Gardens by the Bay is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Gift of Gardens Programme. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to create an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive environment for all members of our community. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for forming partnerships with charities, conducting outreach activities, organizing events, and leading fundraising efforts to support underprivileged communities.
