Description:
Assistant Manager
- Implementing work duties to the team directed from the site manager.
- Assisting the manager in regulating day to day tasks and procedures.
- Building professional relations with staff, clients and tenants.
- Responding to emails either from clients or upper management.
- Overseeing the team and the site.
- Hiring and training new staff joining the team.
- manage conflicts that may arise in the absence of the site manager.
- Managing and logging generic incident report writing.
- Conduct lighthouse scan audits on the team.
- Monitor CCTV footage and body cam footage. Complete reports and save footage for CCTV release request made by officers of law enforcement.
- Providing utmost customer service and satisfaction to all the patrons.
- Providing leadership for the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Experience with managing 15 or more personnel.
- Strong leadership skills.
- At least 3 Years of experience in a Supervisor role within the security industry.
- AST (Preferred).
- OFA 2 (Preferred).
- De-escalation Training (Preferred).
