We are looking for a motivated, flexible and team-oriented all-rounder for our Backstage Serviced Apartments and our luxury residences Backstage Luxury Chalet and Backstage Luxury Loft. A person with charm, passion and perfection who actively supports our team.
80 - 100% position

- Support for Apartment & Luxury Chalets guests
- Breakfast Service
- Check in / Check out
- Guest correspondence D/E/F
- Management of Protel and reservations
- Concierge activities
- Cooperation with all other departments
- Coordination and active assistance with housekeeping
- General office work
- Orders
- Complaints handling
- Ability to work independently
- Discreet service and interaction with guests
- Knowledge of Zermatt and the region is an advantage
- Commitment and flexibility
- Absolute reliability, high resilience and sense of responsibility
- Professional experience in the hotel industry / gastronomy / housekeeping
- Very good language skills in German and English
- An affinity for the extraordinary: in other words, lifestyle, art & design
- Hotel management school
