To be a successful Assistant Manager you will display excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to modify your behaviour to get the best from all the team. You will have prior experience in working in the food and drink industry in a management role, have a hands on style and leading the team to service excellence at all times.
You will be responsible for setting the bar for high standards, good product knowledge, driving sales, controlling costs and will be able to operate our restaurant booking system. You will also be involved in stock management and be a core member of the management team reporting to the Deputy General Manager.
The Lion is a premium destination food led business with some community projects thrown in. We are the heart of Wendlebury Village just outside of Bicester, we have 2 large PDRs 13 hotel rooms & large restaurant/bar areas.
