Description:

  • Policy Development : Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • HR Management Support : Assist the HR Manager in overseeing HR and administrative functions, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, payroll, training, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding.
  • Compliance Assurance : Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Onboarding and Orientation : Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
  • Employee Relations : Manage employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
  • Attendance and Administration : Supervise attendance tracking, leave management, and timesheet verification.
  • Employee Welfare : Administer employee claims, benefits, and welfare programs, while promoting employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Data Analysis : Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
  • HR Consultation : Provide HR advice and support to management, heads of departments, and employees.
  • Workplace Safety : Collaborate with ESG and safety consultants to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Vendor Management : Liaise with external vendors to maintain effective delivery of security services and compliance with company standards.
  • General Support : Undertake additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience : At least 5 years of HR experience, including team leadership.
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of HR practices, Employment Acts, and regulations.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Work Environment : Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Advantageous : Experience with RBA and security operations is a plus.
