  • At least five years of experience in the automotive industry.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Familiarity with Tableau, Python, or other data analytics tools.
  • Expert in MicroStrategy, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Access database.
  • Knowledge of JD Power PIN Navigator, PIN Explorer, and Autodata MotorIntelligence applications.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE

  • The Assistant Manager, Incentives Planning & Analysis will prepare, aggregate, and analyze sales and incentives related information for the industry to support the Incentives Planning & Analysis department.
  • Responsible for compiling data from various internal and external sources, analyzing the information, and providing reports and recommendations to senior management. This will include information to justify new incentive programs, and to measure effectiveness of existing programs.
  • Review and approve HCA (OEM Captive lender) monthly program scenarios for accuracy as well as submit monthly forecast to Finance.
  • Provide backup to Sr. Manager, Incentive Planning & Analysis for the monthly Incentives budgeting process.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Measure and Analyze Incentive program performance using a variety on internal and external data.
  • Compile Market Scan summaries using Python data tools, prepare competitive analysis for Governance Meetings (PRM1/2).
  • Review and approve HCA retail and lease scenario files for accuracy.
  • Validate and submit HCA invoice for payment.
  • Manage and forecast monthly HCA pen rates and cost for budget tracking and for Finance accrual purposes.
  • Prepare weekly overview of Competitive actions taken by other OEM’s.
  • Collaborate with Product Line Management Team (PLM) to prepare Executive presentations.
  • Develop and cost ad hoc Incentive programs.
