Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining stock counts, overseeing and contributing to inventory accuracy, shrinkage and waste management across multiple locations and multiple regions. This role ensures compliance with inventory best practices, develops control frameworks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute special stock count projects as per management requirements.
- Provide periodic updates on critical locations and non-compliance issues.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support businesses for any merger & acquisitions, system migrations, SOP changes / implementations in terms of inventory management part.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management certificate (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile)
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, stock audits, and shrinkage management.
- Experienced working and handling team for min 3 years for “Cycle Count” and “Perpetual Inventory experience”.
- Ability to handle team of 4 members for Stock Count and compliance control as per defined SOPs.
- Proficient in English.
