KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, closely related fields or vocational training such as Fachinformatiker-Systemintegration or IT Systemelektroniker with relevant years of experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in IT Support and Onsite Support (application and server management).
- Experienced in MS Products and Microsoft 365 and Exchange/AD services, Network, Server Administration, Active Directory, and Cloud technology
- Good understanding of Design related software (Catia, Autodesk, Adobe) and AI, Server Setup, and Virtual Machines
- Proficiency in project support and management, able to conceptualize and execute innovative projects under supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, positive thinking, flexibility and the ability to adapt in a multicultural and quick developing environment.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English; displaying excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
- Willing to go on business trips
Responsibilities:
- Support IT projects, collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements, trends and new technologies into proposals to keep our Digital Design capabilities cutting-edge.
- Provide hands-on technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring all incidents are properly documented using relevant ticket management systems (e.g., ITSM, SysAid, ServiceNow).
- Continuously improve IT processes by providing feedback, identifying risks, and recommending solutions that enhance productivity and performance.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and other devices, while overseeing IT inventory and managing KDC IT assets, including asset tagging and asset register maintenance.
- Assist in user training on new technologies, software and security.
- Oversee and collaborate with 3rd-party IT support partners to guarantee the smooth and effective operation of all IT services.
- Play a key role in regular audits to ensure compliance and IT best practices.
