We at Gino’s Gelato are currently recruiting for the new role of Assistant Manager as part of our new EXPANSION PLAN to join our team in Killarney Co Kerry
Gino’s is a successful country wide chain of Gelato Shops which is experiencing strong growth and we are currently searching for a customer focused individual to join our dynamic team.
Our Killarney store is a firm favourite, and this new role will work mainly supporting our store Manager
The successful candidate will need to enjoy customer interaction, deliver excellent customer service, and enjoy leading a team. Previous experience is preferred. Ideally candidate will live locally. There is a competitive remuneration package on offer for the right candidate. You will also need to be fully flexible in this role 5/7 days per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Meet and exceed customer expectation through active customer interaction
- Motivate your team to engage with customers, upsell, link sell, and introduce promotional offers.
- Prepare team roster, stock control, cash management etc.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment is provided at all times for your team and customers alike.
- Provide training, recognition and support to all team members.
- Manage and implement marketing strategies for the store to ensure sales growth.
- Ensure all company policies are implemented at all times, especially HACCP and Food Safety.
