Lady Loretta village is located approx. 2 hours drive from Mount Isa, QLD.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for an individual who can contribute to the smooth running of the village and who has the ability to lead village operations in the Manager’s absence.

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality/accommodation management
  • Experience in team leadership, training and development
  • Strong computer skills with experience with RMS or similar reservations systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • A flexible attitude to work, and work hours (including weekends and after hours)
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional Guest experience
  • Food Safety knowledge and training is highly regarded
  • Driving license is essential

Responsibilities:

  • 14/7 roster FIFO from either Brisbane or Townsville
  • Contract will run until the end of Feb 2025. (potential opportunity to transfer to another work stay village at the end of this contract.)

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the property, including attending to after hours call outs
  • Front office operations
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Support and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety requirements, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
