REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, where prior experience in learning and development is preferred.
- Possess prior experience in data-analytics and trending analysis;
- Possess excellent communications, people, and event management skills, good analytical and project management skills, and strong interest in progressive practices and trends.
- Experience in designing, planning and executing communications and engagement
- Comfortable in public speaking and facilitating group discussions.
- Proactive, innovative, meticulous, resourceful, empathetic and resilient.
- A proven track record of being both a strong individual contributor and team player

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement IMDA Academy’s blueprint to develop IMDA officers’ capabilities/ competencies;
- Conceptualise online, blended or classroom learning interventions for IMDA Academy (e.g. curriculum design, development of training materials) and organise workshops, where needed.
- Manage L&D systems (e.g. Workday and LEARN) to operationalise training management needs and ensure learning operations are executed smoothly (e.g. registration, invoicing and payments)
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to execute IMDA Academy’s initiatives;
- Drive business-analytics to analyse and dashboard learning trends in IMDA;
- Plan, develop and execute internal communications and engagement campaigns, initiatives, and events, to drive IMDA Academy initiatives;
- Drive business transformation of processes/systems to improve support to IMDA officers (e.g. design thinking and process improvement)
- Manage IMDA training policies and training funds; and
- Manage IMDA learning platforms
