Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource/Business Admin or relevant field.
- At least 10 - 15 years of work experience as an HR professional, preferably in a manufacturing/semiconductor industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with effectively with stakeholders of all levels & culture.
- Good & sound knowledge of statutory & employment laws.
- Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
- Mandarin speaking is highly preferred due to the need to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts.
- Ability to multi-task and strong time-management skills
- Meticulous and an eye for detail
- Strong and creative in problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work 100% in an on-site setting
- Proficient with MS Office & HRIS (Times Software will be advantageous)
