Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
NTUC Health is one of Singapore’s largest community health and eldercare providers. As we are growing our cluster support with the evolving EC model, we are looking for dynamic individuals to drive quality assurance, statutory compliance, and programme management in all Active Ageing Centres (AAC).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare or Gerontology related discipline
- Preferably a minimum 3 years of Healthcare experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
- Minimum of 8 years experience in quality assurance, audit, knowledge management, and data analytics
- Experience in project management and/or process re-engineering using Lean and/or another quality improvement/innovation methodologies
- Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Familiar with Google Workspace
