We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Master Data Ops team to join our team preferably from Maintenance, Repair, and Operations industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy and consistency of material master data, which is crucial for our maintenance, repair, and operations processes. This role is essential for ensuring data integrity, supporting efficient operations, and enabling informed decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in material master data management within the MRO industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with specific experience in SAP or Oracle preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data issues.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices relevant to MRO operations.

• Create, update, and maintain material master data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) specific to MRO requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through regular audits and data cleansing activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and supply chain teams to gather and validate material data requirements.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures tailored to MRO needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze reports to support MRO operations and decision-making.
• Train and support end-users on data management best practices and system usage.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data management and MRO operations.
