Servus is growing! We are currently looking for a Assistant Manager Member Service II at our South Hill branch in Red Deer.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary goal is to lead and coach our Member Service Representatives so that they can identify our members needs and recommend, refer, or provide products and services that enhance their financial fitness.
More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Motivating and coaching employees to find opportunities to shape members financial fitness
- Being proactive in pursuing new business opportunities
- Adhering to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss
- Providing support, guidance, and training to all employees as necessary to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork
- Understanding and meeting the needs of our members by providing them with advice on appropriate products and services, and/or identifying opportunities to refer members to appropriate team members or external partners
- Demonstrating an expert understanding of all branch security procedures
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you will need at least 4 years of retail banking experience and your high school diploma.
Although not required, the following education/certificates are valuable assets:
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience
- Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
