Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

To oversee and assist in the directing of Membership Relations, including but not limited to liaising with club members and clients, launching sales campaigns, membership queries management, membership induction, and tracking and providing sales reports. The Assistant Manager will need to coordinate functions and activities with their Manager, other executives and departmental heads, and liaise with Head Office officials as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Should possess a Diploma/A Levels or above.
  • Preferably from a hospitality, luxury brands, or banking background.
  • Successful record of achieving positive results in an organisation that measures and rewards individual performance.
  • Wide network of contacts.
  • Able to strike a good balance between independent work and teamwork.
  • Results-oriented in achieving targets.
  • Proactive and Meticulous.
  • Ability to actively maintain engagement with clients warmly.
  • Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth target.
  • Launch sales campaigns and maintain brand awareness.
  • Facilitate communications between potential members and the club.
  • Meet potential members and handle all queries relating to membership application and/or becoming a member.
  • Monitor and track sales efforts, recommending revised action plans to achieve budgeted goals when necessary.
  • Develop lead generation strategies and maintain a lead management system.
  • Analyse market trends and behaviours to uncover new business and sales opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating acquisition/engagement events.
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly and monthly sales progress reports to Membership Director and General Manager.
  • Work with Membership Relations Manager to ensure they have the necessary information to manage the membership induction process for new members.
