Description:
Purpose and Overall Relevance to the Organization:
As a Merch. Ops Assistant Manager you will provide the eCom Buying, Planning and Trading (BPT) team with support in the standard seasonal, monthly, weekly processes for European eCom markets, and also support the team on inventory position, in-season management, master data health, and other topics related to supply, stock transfer, delivery and overall availability. At the same time the role will also focus on the management end-to-end of the Product Personalization business, from sample ordering to pushing personalized articles live and ongoing reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage as key owner the Personalization business to ensure this premium service is delivered to consumers consistently and effectively across the broadest range and markets possible.
- Act as point of contact for the Personalization business for different stakeholders, including teams in DC, suppliers of material, global digital teams and relevant teams in the Brand/BU.
- Ongoing reporting for the Personalization business, including also insights and ad-hoc analysis to influence and support key milestones form a buying and planning point of view.
- Act as trader for the Personalization business, monitoring in-season performance and owning a budget for pre-seasonal order and in-season reorder for related material.
- Support the overall Merchandising Operations Team and its supervisor in providing to the whole BPT team ongoing analysis & reporting about range status & outlook, product cycle, inventory management, personalization business, merchandise financial planning, and general merchandise operational activities.
- Support the overall BPT organization in keeping end-to-end transparency around supply, open to buy, order status, delivery into distribution center and stock transfers for the key strategic part of the ranges, with focus on the elevated part of the assortment for 2024.
- Support the team by keeping the information accurate and recent into the key seasonal range files in line with various digital systems that allow products to be ranged and launch online.
- Support both tracking and reporting on key KPIs for products and launches to highlight opportunities and risks i.e. On Time Availability, Launch Inventory etc.
- Alignment with key stakeholders to drive aligned expectations for timely and efficient launch.
- Support with key analyses on the above responsibilities (i.e., merchandise planning and deliverables)
- Support the supervisor and the team on other ongoing regular activities including: Omnichannel stock movements, Stock Transfers monitoring, availability check in key Product Info system for eCom, Campaign and Fast Seller Tracker.
- Contribute to major horizontal transformational projects for eCom, especially from the point of view of the Personalization business.

Requisite Education / Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree (Economics preferred)
- 1-3 years’ work experience
