JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a management or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of store management principles and practices.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries or concerns.
• Drive sales by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Help develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales.
• Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor and maintain location cleanliness and organization.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the store manager to set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
