JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in retail management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a management or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
