JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in retail management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a management or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of store management principles and practices.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
