Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in the Fitness Industry. The ideal candidate will possess some background in gym operations and management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role presents an opportunity to grow and develop your management skills by closely working with fellow managers and club owners. This role requires effective team management skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards across the board within club. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment while fostering a positive work environment. Additionally there is space and potential for promotion to a manager position pending performance.
We offer some flexibility with hours and shift times based on club needs and your personal schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 2 in Fitness Instructing minimum

  • To actively manage staff performance to ensure all individuals are meeting the minimum job requirements and continually improving their performance
