Description:
Looking for a part time assistant to billing manager and HR manager. Position would be part time 10-15 hours a week with a combination of hybrid work from home and work in person. Ideal candidate would be well organized, knows Microsoft excel and independent to find solutions to projects.
Job duties would include
- Assisting with collection calls and spreadsheets for medical billing
- Data entry of medical billing information
- Assisting with payroll with HR Manager
- Assisting with delivery of documents, paychecks to clinics (Tualatin or Hillsboro)
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Organization of office supplies
Compensation $18-$20 an hour, IRA with matching after 6 months and paid vacation time
