Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably with experience in leadership and project management.
  • Pleasant, courteous, and confident disposition.
  • Excellent team player who can also work independently.
  • Excellent communications skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  • Resourceful self-starter with a keen work attitude, good with time management and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of excellent guest experience, including management of guest feedback on-ground and closing service lapses.
  • Perform daily operational duties and manpower planning to ensure smooth operations of the park.
  • Create, review, and enhance park operations SOPs, manuals, and processes.
  • Recruit, train and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
  • Review, propose and execute ideas to improve park related and guest experience matters.
  • Generate and review reports to aid decision making.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.
