Description:

EDUCATION
- Educated to degree level (desirable)
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
- Guest service qualifications (desirable)
- Health and Safety qualifications (desirable)
- Driving license (within the SA or convertible to SA license)
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years’ experience, 3 of which should be in senior supervisory / management roles
- Experience in large theme park operations in desirable
- Experience in waste management, recycling, cleansing operations
- Hands on operational management experience within a leisure environment or facility management (cleaning )
- Experience in managing large teams and 3rd party contractors

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- An ability to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation, as well as through established systems.
- Good organizational skills, creative, outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivator.
- Experience preparing and forecasting budgets.
- Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to perform various physical activities, such as lifting, carrying items and climbing
