Responsibilities:
- Supervising the team of 8-10 staff & ensure the team is on task, following store timelines
- Ability to work alone
- Keeping teammates accountable to store checklists and procedures
- Maintaining a high level of customer experience
- Daily inventory & food ordering
- Quality control food items
- Administrative tasks such as recording end of the month inventory
