Description:
Join Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneering organization at the intersection of culture, entertainment, and leisure development in Saudi Arabia, as an Assistant Manager - PMIS Solutions (Oracle Aconex). In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) using Oracle Aconex to support the successful delivery of our ambitious projects.
You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that the PMIS is tailored to meet project needs, improving efficiency and communication across teams. Your expertise in PMIS solutions will help drive best practices and facilitate informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Aconex configuration and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder and vendor management for complex projects.
- Expertise in Aconex configurations and workflows.
- Strong understanding of document control and project communication practices.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Oracle Aconex modules, including workflows, document control, and communication platforms.
- Design and implement solutions for project-specific requirements such as metadata fields, templates, and project roles.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Act as the point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
- Conduct training sessions and support end-users in understanding Aconex functionalities.
- Lead regular status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate with Oracle support teams for issue resolution, system upgrades, and new feature deployments.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure SLAs are met.
- Manage integration touchpoints between Aconex and other applications like SAP, Primavera P6, or Unifier.
- Create detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and system processes.
