Our Store Experience & Business Operations organization includes an amazing team of strategic thinkers responsible for supporting our stores and employees’ full potential through an investment in training and education that is unparalleled in the retail industry and through the ongoing innovation and optimization of our existing business processes. We support the day-to-day activities taking place in stores, allowing our team to focus on providing our clients with a best-in-class experience. We serve as a voice for our stores, employees and our clients and work cross functionally to ensure we launch and train the best programs possible.

Responsibilities:

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing various operations projects, focusing on Cost Efficiency, Inventory Management, Supplies, Omni, and Property Development initiatives for Sephora.
Reporting to the Manager of Business Operations, you will drive optimizations and work with business partners to advise on the store experience in new project design and strategy, assisting in developing, delivering, and implementing retail initiatives and operational handoffs for support tools. You will serve as a subject matter expert working with partners across the organization.

In addition, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of non-selling programs, including strategy, cross-functional business partner management, store communication and delivery linked to Product Operations.
  • Develop training to ensure store retention for all Product Operations projects that are supported by the Business Operations Team.
  • Act as the store expert and thought partner for projects, ensuring decisions support the overall operating model and strategy when driving change across the organization.
  • Manage multiple projects by driving timelines, deliverables, recaps, and action plans post-delivery to drive continuous improvement.
  • Travel to Sephora stores as needed to check on project process and traction.
