Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6-7 years of sales experience in the UAE or abroad (Corporate sales experience is a must).
- Fluent in English (Strong communication and persuasion skills).
- Proven experience in B2B sales and ability to create inroads into companies.
- Experience in telephonic sales and ability to handle high-volume calls.
- Excellent presentation and deal-closing skills and can take sales pressure.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager – Sales & Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of sales and business development experience, with strong expertise in both retail (B2C) and corporate (B2B) sales.
This role requires someone who can handle sales calls, generate leads, set up meetings, present our training services, and close deals. The person should have a business-minded approach, be highly persuasive, and be eager to earn through commissions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Retail Sales: Make sales calls to potential clients, explain our training courses, and close deals.
- Corporate Sales: Identify businesses, contact decision-makers, and pitch our corporate training services.
- Lead Generation: Generate new corporate leads, set up meetings, and establish strong business relationships.
- Sales Presentations: Confidently present and sell our training programs to retail and corporate clients.
- Deal Closure: Follow up with potential clients and ensure successful deal closures.
- Business Development: Develop strategies to grow sales and expand the client base.
