POSITION SUMMARY / PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Analytics Reporting Assistant Manager/Senior Executive/Executive will be involved in the daily operations of the provision of management reports and information services, which includes the collation and generation of the hospital reports. The candidate will be expected to work with an existing team of data analysts.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or physical sciences & engineering.
- Good knowledge in programming including Python, SQL and VBA and familiarity with visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Previous experience either in business reporting or hospital environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and address technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
Responsibilities:
- Provides timely and accurate information to meet regulatory requirements and support organization’s strategic thrusts objectives.
- Works closely with business units on the acquisition, processing, visualization, and analysis of data to ensure timely, accurate and reliable reports.
- Provides guidance and advice to other users in IMH pertaining to data analysis.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards required by management and provide reports or updates of analyses at appropriate IMH forums.
- Partner with data scientists, clinicians and operational staff in projects to deliver insights into hospital-wide operational and clinical issues of concern.
- Present and communicate analysis with relevant stakeholders.
