Description:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all store operations strictly comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards, creating a safe environment for both employees and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement across store operations by regularly analyzing customer feedback and performance data, implementing operational changes to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff, focusing on enhancing product knowledge, refining sales techniques, and delivering top-tier customer service to increase team effectiveness.
- Strategically plan and optimize staffing levels based on store needs, sales trends, and operational goals, ensuring the team’s performance aligns with overall store objectives while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Ensure the consistent application of health and safety protocols across all store activities, conducting regular audits and making necessary improvements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Align staff training, visual merchandising, and customer loyalty programs with overall sales goals, ensuring that all initiatives directly contribute to improving store performance and profitability.
- Regularly assess staffing levels and team performance, adjusting schedules and workloads to ensure optimal productivity and alignment with peak business periods
- Regularly evaluate staffing needs to ensure that team size and skills align with store goals, making adjustments as necessary to drive continuous improvement in service quality and sales
