Manager/Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing sustainability for the built environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
- With working experience of at least 2 years in sustainability management, facilities management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Energy Management / Building Systems, Building Technologies and government initiatives etc.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven reporting and strategy development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, implement, and management of Sustainability programs, strategies, and initiatives.
- Assist and facilitate the development of tailored strategies for energy efficiency, water and waste management.
- Support and facilitate building energy audit in support client with Greenmark 2021 re-certification/new certification. Support with the development of the gap analysis report.
- Analyse and collection of data related to sustainability performance, energy consumption, waste reduction, and carbon emission to identify areas for improvement. Provide professional advice to clients, ensuring transparent communication and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and reduce carbon emissions for property owners, aligning with government initiatives in achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to foster a culture of environmental stewardship among clients.
