KEY SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our team in preparing for the opening of a luxury hotel. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in building our talented workforce and ensuring that we attract and retain the best candidates to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for hospitality.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the pre-opening phase of the luxury hotel.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for various positions.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through job boards, social media platforms, industry events, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities to attract a diverse pool of talent.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations to leverage partnerships and expand talent networks.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to efficiently track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of orientation and training programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to establish and maintain an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
