SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for our new Peter Alexander store, opening in Westfield White City at the beginning of November 2024. To excel in this role, you will be motivated by driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and passionate about creating a memorable shopping experience for the Peter Alexander customer.
This is a full time 40 hrs per week position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and bank holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support your Store Manager to drive sales and achieve targets and KPI’s
• Assist in the development and training of the store team to increase productivity and foster a positive team culture
• Support the Store Manager in enhancing team performance through regular coaching and constructive feedback
• Regularly assess daily priorities and take appropriate action according to current results to maximize efficiency
• Promote a safe working environment for the team and customers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss and maximize sales through effective inventory management
• Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes to enhance the customer experience
• Assist with store rota management in line with the store’s trading profile
• Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer that aligns with the Peter Alexander brand
• Support your Store Manager with the recruitment of a high-performing sales team
