The Phene is a historic pub in the heart of residential Chelsea with a passion for seasonal British food, top-notch levels of service and a real attention to detail.
Split over four floors, The Phene boasts a leafy terrace garden, three private dining rooms, a restaurant and two relaxed bar spaces. We host over a dozen events and functions a week, keeping us buzzing and vibrant throughout the year. Last year alone we had the pleasure of hosting over 220 weddings.
Established in 1853, The Phene has recently become part of Young’s, a fittingly historic partner, and we’re looking forward to a new and very exciting chapter.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN AN ASSISTANT MANAGER:

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in our stylish, food focused pub.
As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for food, exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management.
You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal role in training our team, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.
Given the premium nature of the pub, you will have exceptional attention to detail, and be committed to a career in hospitality, allowing for you to grow and succeed with us.
