THE ROLE – ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to be a key part of our management team. In this role support the General Manager in running an enthusiastic and driven team, dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work collaboratively with the management team to maintain seamless operations and service excellence.
  • Support the General Manager in fostering a team environment focused on great customer experiences.
  • Work towards achieving the venue’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
