JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the shipping industry, specifically in trade analysis or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of global trade patterns, freight markets, and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of shipping trends, market conditions, and trade volumes to support decision-making.
• Evaluate shipping routes, capacity, and pricing structures to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and present regular reports on market conditions, trade forecasts, and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with key internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of trade & development strategies and to align with overall business goals.
• Support the planning of new trade routes and assess potential growth opportunities.
• Track performance metrics related to shipping operations and suggest improvements.
