JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the culinary and hospitality sectors, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves supporting the management team in daily operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a culinary or hospitality role, preferably within a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service.
