JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in a culinary or hospitality role, preferably within a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service.
