JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a culinary or hospitality role, preferably within a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service.

• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
• Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

• Assist in managing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food production to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Uphold food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and improve service offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
