ASSISTANT MANAGER

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie for Walkers of Whitehall. You’ll be supporting our head chef and helping to lead the team in the kitchen. We cook fresh British food, inspired by guests travel so we’re looking for someone with fresh food experience who is excited about working with seasonal produce. In return we can offer a great working environment, service charge and access to a whole heap of development including career pathway, apprenticeships and eventually our General Manager Designate programme.
We are Walkers of Whitehall, known for our Bank Vault and one of the best spots in the heart of London.
A historical building full of character and a great place to enjoy lunch or just unwind with a great quality beer. We switch from serving quick lunch for the tourists before they head back out on the road to setting up for a 100 person drinks group to serving a 3 course sit down meal for 25 guests – sometimes all in the same day!

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
