The Blueprint
The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager(s) and marketing department in managing the day-to-day marketing needs of various projects marketed under the Tridel brand. They will act as the primary liaison for advertising and event planning while also assisting the Marketing Managers with copy writing, editing, proofreading and collateral approvals.
A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities

Marketing Collateral, Media, Advertising and Public Relations Management

  • Facilitate and support project campaigns, including creative review process and integration with traditional media and advertising, public relations, digital marketing and social media
  • Work with external and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns while meeting marketing objectives
  • Coordinate all brand advertising and sponsorship opportunities, including contract details, media plans, creative review and approval
  • Organize and maintain internal Media Schedule, Image Database, and digital library
  • Work with Marketing Manager(s) and external consultants to service all marketing needs for new and existing Tridel communities such as:
  • Marketing material creation
  • Community web updates
  • Signage creation and installation
  • Sales office merchandising
  • Photography
  • Model suite coordination
  • Corporate swag and merchandise for events and sponsorships

Project Coordination

  • Maintain weekly meeting agendas
  • Coordinate with external agencies to keep projects on schedule

Event Planning

  • Plan, manage and execute all aspects of event planning, while adhering to schedules and budgets
  • Nurture and build relationships with vendors
  • Visit sites, plan and facilitate logistics, and lead pre-event meetings
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
  • Coordinate other meetings and/or events and special projects as required

The Architect of Your Success

  • Strong understanding of the Tridel brand, key messages, and overall brand standards, upholding these through all executed marketing tactics and events.
  • Ensures the timely execution of marketing strategies and tactics, and achieving successful project executions that meet or exceed established goals.
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by effectively working with internal departments, external agencies, and a variety of consultants to achieve project goals and maintain cohesive brand messaging.
  • Successfully manages external consultants, maintains positive relationships with marketing vendors, and ensures the quality and effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Clear and effective communication of marketing strategies, progress updates, and challenges to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
