Vision Talent is on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to join one of our leading divisions in the optical industry. This division empowers independent optical businesses by providing an extensive range of premium lenses, frames, and state-of-the-art instruments. REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, brand management, and partnership development.
- Strong grasp of omni-channel marketing, with a focus on branding and relationship building.
- Hands-on experience in social media, email marketing, event planning, and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills, able to create engaging and effective marketing content.
- Ability to craft targeted B2C marketing materials that meet members’ needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills to manage supplier partnerships and support members effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analysis, and automation platforms.
- Strong communication skills for leading technical discussions and marketing consultations.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing and implementing innovative campaigns.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand presence and driving engagement. You’ll work closely with our supplier partners to create impactful B2B marketing campaigns and provide marketing support to our members, helping them achieve their business goals. Your role will also involve supporting our internal business units, contributing to the overall marketing objectives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns that align with the company’s vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive member engagement across multiple channels.
- Manage B2B campaigns with supplier partners, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships that align with business objectives.
- Provide tailored marketing support to independent optical businesses, helping them improve their marketing efforts and attract more customers.
- Create and oversee marketing materials for both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and ensure marketing goals are achieved.
