Are you an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge? Or do you have at least 3 years’ experience within a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive role and are looking for the next step in your career?
The Assistant Marketing Manager is a new addition to the marketing team at Penelope Chilvers. This pivotal role requires a brilliant organiser who naturally works cross-functionally, with a strong focus on coordinating numerous marketing initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who excels in managing the seasonal critical path and leading the successful delivery of key projects, including seasonal campaigns, brand and product launches, store openings, partnerships, and exceptional customer experiences.

TO BE INVITED TO INTERVIEW YOU MUST POSSESS AS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

• Relevant marketing qualification or qualified by at least 3 years’ marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English
• Good time management and organisation skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs
• An ability to thrive under pressure and work to deadlines
• Focus on continuous improvement – looking for ways to make things better
  Salary dependent on experience
