About the role
LexisNexis® legal and professional is hiring for an assistant marketing manager to support its Federal Government segment that will report to the director of government marketing. The assistant marketing manager will help develop the marketing strategy for new business and upsell initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute on multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue for LexisNexis products
- Ability to write sales sequences, email campaigns, infographics and downloadable guides
- Collaborate and strategize with sales partners to develop the best possible campaigns and sales enablement materials that clearly communicate product advantages
- Write campaign briefs and lead operations and creative team in conjunction with the marketing manager for state & local government segment
- Strengthen and evolve messaging to be focused on competitive advantages and top selling points
- Analyze, monitor and identify results of campaigns to determine effectiveness. Share insights on how to best optimize marketing campaigns/tactics moving forward
- Support the marketing manager for the state and local government segment as necessary with new business tactics including but not limited to new business offers, digital campaigns, events and drip campaigns
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors to elevate our product position and drive lead generation
- Develop new sales enablement materials as necessary
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B or SaaS space
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field
- Self-starter with the desire to progress in career
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think through complex campaigns
- Willingness to learn, evolve, and develop new skills in fast-paced environment
- Must have strong writing skills (ability to write email campaigns, digital advertisements, guides and sales collateral)
