Salary: £24,000 - £27,500 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the scheduling and optimising of BBC promotional media content across all platforms.
- Responsible for achieving campaign and cross-promotion targets.
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking channel playout, informing Media Schedulers, Media Portfolio Leads and Campaign Planners of performance/issues.
- Supports in identifying cross promotion opportunities to navigate viewers/listeners to other BBC services/events.
- Supports Media Schedulers to ensure a consistent approach with the promotional content of junctions.
- Supports Media Schedulers to ensure that schedule works to time and meets all the requirements of transmission.
- Ensures the junctions are editorially sound.
- Supports the handover of all aspects of the junction schedule to Playout teams.
- Extract, interpret and apply media research to provide audience focus to the whole scheduling process.
- Provides research data and analysis to support Media Planning to predict future audience levels, enabling optimal use of promotional airtime.
