Assistant NOC Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Support the engineering team in all tasks related to obtaining RTA, Utilities’ related authorities approvals / NOC and information from external authorities (RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality and others)

• Review, prepare and submit all NOC applications for the construction, and coordination with other departments NOCs relevant to the approvals.
• Liaise with all relevant agencies / authorities and client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
• Maintain regular follow up on submissions made to the different authorities Manage the progress of drawings and specifications for NOCs.
• Manage all project approvals from government authorities.
• Track all NOCs and ensure all of them are completed on time.
