JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist and co-ordinate with SNM /NM in handling NUD Issues / Residents’ and family members enquires.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care as required by the Company’s quality procedures, guidelines, standard operating procedures and policy.
• Participate in orientation and in-service education programmes and supervise the care under his / her charge as required.
• Participate in any and all activities related to the smooth running of ward / unit.
• Identify competent Staff Nurse In-Charge / Level Supervisor / Staff in accordance to their job performance.Degree or Advanced Diploma in Gerontology / Palliative or Medical Surgical / Intensive Care Unit will be added bonus.

3. Staff Development / Education

• Assist the SNM / NM to submit monthly Training Assessments / Nominations for staff under his / her charge for evaluation

1. Resident Care

• Accountable for nursing care given ensures that personal practice and that of staff under supervision meets standards of practice.

1. Administrative & Management Practice

• Ensure that all documentation in relation to all aspects of resident care management is accurately maintained (including investigation, analysis and reporting on incident reports).

1. Staff Development / Education

• Assist the SNM / NM to submit monthly Training Assessments / Nominations for staff under his / her charge for evaluation.
