We are a small office in need of the integral glue to hold it all together. Each of our staff members wears many hats, often at the same time. That’s called teamwork. The successful applicant is to have the necessary experience in administration and accounting to be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities with efficiency and enthusiasm:

Responsibilities:

· Perform a variety of administration functions including filing, word processing, data entry, office supply management and mailing.
· Perform a variety of accounting functions within the areas of payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures (Correct G/L allocation)
· Receive and verify invoices and purchase orders for goods and services
· Prepare invoices for data entry
· Data enter invoices for payment
· Support field and office staff with accounting, data analysis and administrative tasks
· Answer and forward telephone calls promptly and professionally
· Respond to client inquiries
· Complete special projects as assigned
· Perform other sundry duties as assigned
· Ensure office is neat, clean and orderly - this is your office to run
